  • Click the red button to start your application and schedule an introductory video chat/call to see if we’re a good fit. This will also give me a chance to get to know you and/or your team and what our goals are for our time together.
  • Sign your contract and pay the 1st month to secure your spot ($3,500 for 1 month, $2,200 for a 3+ month contract, $1,800 for a 6+ month contract).
  • Review your welcome package.
  • Your retainer starts according to the month chosen.

How long is the retainer?
The minimum length is three months, but we can do as long as you need. You’ll save $100/mo. if you choose 6 months or more.

I don’t want to start the services now, but in a few months. Should I book now?
Yes! I only accept 4 retainer clients at a time, so book now to hold your spot. 

How many hours do I get?
I’m not going to say “unlimited” because I’m a human and not a robot. But you get as many hours as possible to get the tasks done. Instead of hours we focus on project goals and tasks. We start each month by identifying them and go from there. Typically, clients use about 20-30 hours per month.

I need to keep track of project hours for my company. Can you send me a timesheet?
Absolutely. I keep track of hours for myself and am more than happy to share them with you.

When are my monthly payments due?
Payments are due on the last day of the month for the following month.

What if my payment is late?
We pause on projects until payment is made.

What if I decide I want to cancel?
After the contract is signed, the 1st month is non-refundable. You can cancel with 30-days notice.
