Let’s Get Started

  • Sign the contract and pay your $500 deposit to secure your spot in my schedule
  • You receive welcome package
  • You provide event branding materials (artwork, images, fonts, style guide) and then I get to work
  • Once we start working on your materials you will be billed $530/mo for 6 months to pay for the remaining balance (or you can pay the remaining balance all at once, it’s up to you)


What’s Included

  • Any design or production work for one event, including (but not limited to):
    Print advertising, web advertising, sponsorship presentations, sponsorship acquisition materials, volunteer handbooks, email graphics, web graphics, T-shirts, maps, signage, billboards, transit advertising, wristbands, programs, drinkware, menus, place cards, projections/gobos, directional signs, social media graphics, stickers, magnets, hats, tickets, and any of your other fabulous event swag.
  • All of your final materials in one place so you can access or view them as needed
  • 1st priority – your jobs go to the top of my cue
  • Response within 24 hours to all calls or emails
  • Monthly or weekly calls/Skype meetings if needed
  • Consulting with vendors or printers as needed

Does this the One-Stop Shop package include branding and logo design?
Nope, check out the Showstopper package. Book the Showstopper and the One-Stop Shop packages together and I’ll give you $400 off your total.

Does this the One-Stop Shop package include website design or development?
It includes web graphics that can be handed off to a web developer/designer. It does not include website design, development, or maintenance. If that’s what you need, check out the All-Access Pass package or contact me for a separate quote.
